Dementia Capable

At least 1 in 10 people age 65 and older, and 1 in 3 age 85 and older, are living with Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD). This fact often elicits a variety of difficult emotions but what if we choose instead to be proactive? What would it look like to focus on what we can do to be proactive instead of choosing denial?

Learn what each person can do to limit the negative impact of ADRD including education, healthy lifestyle choices, resources and planning for the future.

One new tool is the Dementia -specific Advanced Directive.
