About this event
The winter months can often challenge our emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Connection with others can be helpful. We will do an exercise that helps us identify areas of our lives that provide safety and stability and areas that challenge us. This awareness can help us build on our strengths. We'll also do the circle process that provides an opportunity for a "temperature" check-in. This is a "drop-in" group. Come to one or come to all. Activities and exercises will vary from month to month.
Come join our facilitators Elena Zook Barge and Carolyn Yoder in our monthly Wellness Circles in December, January, and February.
