Bluestone Vineyard Tour and Wine Tasting - Register by July 6

Please join us for an afternoon at Bluestone Vineyard where we will learn about the workings of the vineyard, taste some great wine, and enjoy an afternoon with friends.
Curt and Jackie Hartman began growing grapes in 2007. Today, along with sons Lee (wine maker) and R.C. (business and operations), they have a lovely vineyard, Tasting Room, Event Space and an outdoor venue for music in the summer.
During our visit to Bluestone, we will start with a tour of the winery, then drive up the hill to the Meeting House. Curt and Jackie will share a PowerPoint presentation while we taste several wines (soft drinks are available for those who prefer not to imbibe) and learn about various processes of wine production from vine to bottle. So, whether you’ve always wanted to know more about malolactic fermentation, wondered if grapes are still stomped by modern day Lucy and Ethels, or are just curious about the wines you love to drink, this is the perfect educational program for you.
Limit: 30 people. Cost: $20 per person Carpooling is recommended but not imperative, arrange on your own.
Food is available for purchase. We can also bring snacks to share. We are welcome to hang out after the presentation to enjoy a glass of wine and take in the stunning views.
