Practical relaxation and meditation techniques for less anxiety & more centeredness
About this event
In this session with Valley Village member and retired mental health counselor, Richard Wettstone, we'll practice two types of meditation.
In addition, we'll also learn a powerful technique, called relaxation anchoring, for dealing with high anxiety- provoking situations.
This technique has been used effectively for lowering anxiety in situations like phobic fears, toxic events, and approaching surgeries.
Learning these techniques often results in greater calmness, centeredness, more confidence, and improved sleep.
