Come practice "Hands-Only CPR" on a Mini Anne Maniken that will be yours to keep. A representative from the American Heart Association will guide us and answer any questions.  In only an hour or less, we will increase our knowledge and gain confidence in this life-saving skill that does not involve mouth to mouth (like many of us may have learned in past years). This is not an official training for certification, but simply an informal time of learning together.
