Valley Village members are welcome to join a yoga group meeting in the Park View Mennonite Church fellowship hall at 8:30 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We use a Peggy Cappy DVD called YOGA FOR THE REST OF US, a program that allows for different levels of yoga-stretchability. Participants must be vaccinated and boosted.
