How to Grow and Diversify Your Social Network
Dr. Jacqueline N. Font-Guzman (Jackie) will speak about why and how to expand inclusivity and the sense of belonging with organizations like Valley Village and for us individually. In 2022, Jackie and Dr. Bernard Mayer released their book, "The Neutrality Trap: Disrupting and Connecting for Social Change". Jackie grew up in Puerto Rico and is a Fulbright scholar with experience in conflict, healthcare, academia and the legal system. She serves as the Vice President for Diversity., Equity, and Inclusion at EMU.
Light refreshments will be served.
