Tai Chi for Health, Strength, Balance, and Mental Clarity

Come learn more about Tai Chi and its health benefits! Grayson Pritchard, who has been studying and practicing internal arts for 25 years, and teaching in Harrisonburg for the past fifteen, will demonstrate some of the Tai Chi exercises. Participation in the movements is not required, but encouraged. Much of Grayson’s early training took place while working and studying in Asia. A primary focus of his teaching is the health benefits from regular practice of Tai Chi and related exercises that can improve and maintain balance, strength, mental clarity, and overall wellness. Bring a friend, and come early to enjoy conversation with others over a cup of tea!
